Can my sports club also be part of the your fanshop?

How long does it take to process my order?

  • Please allow 10-14 working days after purchasing your items, we will process your order as quickly as possible.

How can I be sure that the size fits me?

  • We invite you to stop by our shop and try on any size you like.
  • The size chart can also be helpful. You can find it under 'Dimensions' when you click on a product.

Are the items automatically sent to my home address or is there another option?

  • When purchasing items, you have the option of picking them up in our shop or having them delivered to your home (transport costs are displayed at the time of purchase).

I ordered the wrong size, can I just send it back?

  • As your order is a personalised item, we cannot take back the item in case of an order error.

Is there a guarantee on the garment?

  • If there is a defect in the fabric or printing, we will take back the item concerned.
  • Please inform us as soon as possible (within one week) about the error and bring the affected item to us.
